Frequently Asked Questions

How do simulations work?

The simulator runs full tournament simulations using team ratings and probability models to estimate likely outcomes. Results are predictions and analytical estimates, not guarantees of real-world results.

Can I save my simulations?

Yes. Logged-in users can save tournament simulations to their account and revisit them later from the My Simulations page.

What Premium features do I get?

Premium members receive access to larger batch simulations, advanced country analysis, country comparisons, head-to-head simulations, saved simulations and future premium simulator features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal from your Profile page.

What happens after I cancel?

Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

My payment was successful, but I do not have Premium access.

Please allow a few moments for your account to update. If Premium access does not appear shortly afterwards, contact support using the email address above.

Can I request new features?

Yes. Feature suggestions are welcome, especially ideas that improve tournament analysis, usability or football insight.
